3. Deposits and Advance Payments

4. Refund Eligibility

  • The project has not yet started
  • Easy Gizmo Expert is unable to deliver the agreed service
  • Duplicate payments were made accidentally

5. Project Cancellation

6. Revisions and Client Satisfaction

Most projects include reasonable revisions based on the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or major scope changes may require extra charges.

7. Subscription and Maintenance Services

Monthly maintenance plans, hosting services, SEO retainers, or recurring subscriptions may be canceled with advance written notice.

However:

  • Charges already billed are non-refundable
  • Services remain active until the end of the current billing cycle

8. Third-Party Services and Fees

Easy Gizmo Expert is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services purchased on behalf of clients, including but not limited to:

  • Web hosting

  • Cloud services
